We are excited to work with you!
Here at C. Devon’s Homes LLC, we work closely with our renters. We respect the process and are willing to work exclusively with you or with a group of agents of your choosing. We make it our promise to keep up with Massachusetts Laws to help provide you the most knowledgeable decision at that time. We also understand that coming up with first month, last month, security deposit and fee is not always easy and we are happy to provide you guidance when applying. As we cannot promise landlord will accept your terms, we are happy to go to bat for you especially if you have great references and credit.

In the form below please include:
- Maximum budget
- Ideal neighborhoods
- Optimal move-in date
- Number of occupants
- Number of cars
- Number of pets
- Minimum number of bedrooms and bathrooms
- Any additional "must-haves" on your wish list.
Required Items for Rental Application Process:
- One valid form of identification
- One fully-completed rental application (filled out by both broker and client)
- Acknowledgement of fee agreement
- Two most recent pay stubs
- A recent credit report and/or permission to run credit (applies fee of $29.99)
- A deposit of one month's rent (this check is cashed immediately upon acceptance of application by both parties).
- If you have pets, a pet recommendation is helpful.
