  • The Discovery Museum - based on the principle that kids are capable of anything, the Discovery Museum explores science, nature, and play all at once for ages 0-10.

  • The Quarry Contemporary Arts International - located in the old town quarry, this art museum educates about contemporary art and sculpture.

  • Assabet River Rail Trail - About 12.5 miles of trails connecting Acton, Marlborough, Hudson, Stow, and Maynard. Plus while you’re down at the river, why not take up fly-fishing? There is a large community for it in Acton!

  • Acton Canoe Launch - Canoe or kayak down the Assabet River with this convenient boat launch.
