Our Exclusive Package

If you choose our exclusive package we promise to serve you and your tenants with the utmost respect and timely action.  We are happy to list your property exclusively.  What that entails is:

  • Signage in the front yard of property

  • Marketing through MLS and all third-party websites

  • Complete tenant screening through a thorough process of credit and renter history

Our Fees

If you choose, C. Devon’s Homes can manage the property once client moves in. We request one months rent along with a monthly fee of 1.5-3% of listing amount.  This can be paid monthly or all at one time or in an agreed upon choosing of installments.
