We also understand that coming up with first month, last month, security deposit and fee is not always easy and we are happy to provide you guidance when applying. As we cannot promise landlord will accept your terms, we are happy to go to bat for you especially if you have great references and credit.

Required Rental Application Items

One valid form of identification

One fully-completed rental application (filled out by both broker and client)

Acknowledgement of fee agreement

Two most recent pay stubs

A recent credit report and/or permission to run credit (applies fee of $29.99)

A deposit of one month's rent (this check is cashed immediately upon acceptance of application by both parties).

If you have pets, a pet recommendation is helpful.
